We’re All In This Together

America is a lie. We keep papering over lies with new lies. Not just Donald Trump. It may just be that he is America’s last and final lie.

   I won’t waste our time explaining that, because if you don’t already know it – that is your own personal lie

Who do we think we’re fooling. In the middle of “stay at home orders”, the government gives people a free ride to wherever they want to go.

     24 hours a day, government subsidized and supported municipal buses travel around, picking up anonymous strangers. Nobody knows where they have been or what they have been getting into. Nobody knows who they are or where they are going.

Its a rolling Petri dish. One minute a guy is sleeping on a bench, wrapped in a filthy blanket when a bus pulls up and awakens him. So he gets up and takes a seat behind a kid with a skateboard. Social distancing be damned. Some folks have on a mask, and some do not. Some folks have on gloves and some do not. They all grab on to the hold bars, while refusing to hold hands or make eye contact.

   This is why I rant against the resident, the governors, and the mayors. They are all complicit in this hoax. Each one commuting constituent homicide rather that risk political suicide. They’re blocking borders, while harvests lay dying in the fields. They’re closing car washes while dispensaries and liquor stores remain open.         Until someone steps up and enforces a stay at home order, this thing will linger until it does blow over.

Shame on you, Don Jr.

Since we insist on hyphenating everyone, let us look this situation square in the mouth. For the purpose of this punch line, I am an African American. My friend Geoff is a Native American. I know several Jewish Americans and a few Hispanic Americans. My cousin was even married to an Egyptian American.

I said all of that to say this – none of us hyphenated Americans would sacrifice a single soul to serve the political purpose of unseating a Resident of the United States of America. Only a Trump-American would concoct such an evil concept and breath life into it in front of GOD and everybody. Only a Trump-American would be so crude as to claim that a fellow citizen would like to see fellow americans die from the coronavirus, rather than stomach the presence of the spawn of such foolishness through another term.

Shame on you, boy. If your daddy was half a man, he would slap the foul taste of your mouth and a few teeth onto the floor for bringing such disgrace and shame on his name.

Over tbe past 50 years, Biden, Bernie, and Bloomberg have accumulated a public domain, audio/video resume of dumb ass statements, positions, and actions. This puts them at a decided disadvantage when they stand next to those junior and sophomore candidates Buttigieg and

Klobuchar, simply because the little squirts haven’t had enough time to amass a large enough record of dumb ass ideas to bludgeon them with.

   Tom Steyers. Elizabeth Warren. Not a lot of dumb ass stuff for me to complain about, but I haven’t tried to vet them and that’s not my job. They’re both too old according to my personal algorithm but Steyers, I suppose is within the margin of error, at age 62. I will never forgive Warren for that dumb ass stunt that she pulled when she let trump trick her into taking and sharing her DNA results.

     Any way, y’all do what you want to do – but do vote.

The power of one

Dear Candidates:
There is no reason that you guys cannot create a leadership caucus NOW.
Decide among yourselves who should be the nominee and announce which cabinet level position each of you will be willing to serve under your chosen leader.
You’re spending your constituencies donations on your petty little ad buys and debate scrimmages, knowing that all donations but one group will be flushed down an empty hole. While the Resident is following your debates around, getting free ads from network media everytime he tweets another dumb idea that he dreams up. If you stop the primaries now and begin the National Election – he will be caught off guard while impeachment related questions continue to be answered and you prosecute the election in chief.

 

Recall!

 It took us 227 years to arrive at this point in presidential history. Many political battles were fought and won. Many man hours were spent gnashing teeth and ringing hands to arrive at a social-economic balance that America could live with both at home and abroad. We took our time to research and develop tarrifs, taxes, regulations and reforms that seemed most likely to support our safety and goals. Now we are just tearing up treaties and bulldozing ideals at the whim of a single individual. He is a bull in a china store. We are like sheep going to slaughter, not knowing which service or product is likely to be recalled next. Without regulatory oversight and  defenses, business has decided to recover expenses and stop testing on lab rats, in favor of real time testing on their customers. At the same time, the bully is building an idealistic and biased court system that is bent on removing tort controls so that when a business is caught testing a dangerous product on the public, they but only apologize, without fear of pesky lawsuits that used to bring them to justice.

I went long, but the danger is real.

I Call It Volatility

     I’m sure that trumplethinskin will claim that the FED’s qualitative easing was a liberal affirmative action policy designed to get the black guythrough eight years.

Now that he is in charge, and his wise regulatory easing and hands on management of U.S. domestic and global relationships has been successful but the Fed is still under the influence of Obama era far left liberals, intent on slowing his progressive agenda with out of date conservative interest rate imposition.

     He would say that but somehow that last part seems counter intuitive

The Sky Is Falling

     We have arrived at the point where we can no longer accept the word of any one.  We distrust our enemies and political opposition. Now at least some of our allies have been cast as suspects. Trump however maintains a totally unbreakable grip on the minds of his disciples. We have never been so alone among friends.

Paul Ryan and Mitch McConell are both trying to man up against King Trump’s threat of tariffs:
Lies. The only thing they are responding to are threats of retaliation from Great Britain to impose reciprocal tariffs on Harley Davidson and Kentucky Bourbon. Now Ryan’s constitutions in Minnesota (Harley country) and voters loyal to McConnell (Bourbon country) are starting to grumble about job and revenue loses.
Just wait until the NRA and the state of Alabama start raising prices on their prize winning Remington AR-15 weapon. King Trump will back track faster than a rat facing down a spotted owl.
When man plans, GOD smiles.

If not collusion, perhaps coruption

Why does he always think that everything is about him?
Based on the recent rash of indictments against Russian entities, it appears that the Mueller investigation is focused squarely on criminal activity, as it relates to election fraud and interference. That was the stated goal and that goal made no mention of TRUMP. He is only tangentially involved, apparently as a willing pawn and beneficiary of Putin’s anti-American goals.
Mr. Trump continues to flail against the wind, “Fighting back” against his own imagination, claiming that there has been no collusion, when nobody has made that charge. He calls it a witch hunt and Mueller has taken to task nearly twenty witches thus far – including a couple of Americans, that are pleading out.
Unless Trump knows something that Mueller is yet to reveal, “this ain’t got nothing to do with you JT” (to steal a phrase from the 5 Heartbeats movie).

We need you to focus on stacking your administration and the courts with biased, wife-beating, unconfirmable snakes, until your name is called.

1man1vote can’t help but wonder if Russell Simmons will ever revive his DEF Comedy Jam show, now that he has relieved himself of duty from his company amid sexual harassment accusations. Because Limbaugh’s new comedy routine is ripe for laughs.

   On his December 12th show he presented his most laughable theory ever, when he suggested that Democrats have scripted the downfall of Weinstein, Spacey, Conyers, Frankel and everybody else – just to build a case against Trump for

his transgressions.

   Just weeks ago he was gloating that the democrats are totally inept and disorganized, and now he thinks they are so wickedly clever that they were able to start harrassing women twenty years ago, like Roy Moore, in order to develop a narrative that could be used against conservatives at a later date.
