We pay each officer good money for a day’s work, but when called, they tend to run in with overwhelming force – guns blazing, shouting commands, without asking questions, or expecting answers.. Each incident is seemingly mandated to be resolved within minutes of contacting whomever seems to be the scariest, without taking the time to understand the situation. Time after time again, the chief of some municipalities police promises transparency, and ends up repeating the same explanation as last time.

A mandate?
My grandmother was 1/2 native American. My wife’s mother is Indian. My daughters have blindly chosen black dolls, white dolls, male or female dolls, teddy bears, toy monkeys, toy helicopters and trucks.
All with no mandate. What does a gender neutral toy look like? Is there a button where the toxic male penis would be?
A toy is an impulse purchase. A kid wants what a kid wants because it’s “cute”, not because it was in a designated gender space on the rack.. This is simple pandering in the worst kind of way. Newsom thinks that he can peel off a few more votes, if the non binaries hear that he carved out a niche for them at the toy store. It makes Newsom (and the entire state) look petty and silly, and unless he’s running against Trump or Elder next time, I probably will not vote for him again.

Chappelle has transcended the entertainment genre known as comedian. He may have caught
our attention, performing joke after joke, but he is now a storyteller. He commands our attention and forces us to follow a narrative. Once he has us thinking, he let’s us off the hook with a punchline. Now you don’t know if he was serious or just pulling 
your leg. Note that I sarcastically said that YOU don’t know what to think. I get it. It was only funny because you don’t want to face the fact that he tossed in your face. I have never heard Mark Twain, but I’ve heard that was his M/O. I have 
heard Dick Gregory and George Carlin. They ultimately transcended comedy, and became ambassadors of thought provoking social commentary. If you haven yet recognized that Dave Chappelle is taking you down the same journey – you will.
It took Jenner 60 years to decide who the Hell he was. How do we know that she might change her mind again. If he thinks that’s a good look for the Governor of the state of California, then he needs to stop reading his own PR campaigns.

If Elder thinks the answer to California problems is to Defund public schools and re-distribute school tax dollars to rich folks, So they can declare both their school vouchers AND their private school tuition on their taxes, it just proves that his public school education was indeed wasted on him.

If I am President, my plan is simple. I will transition all nine justices down to the appellate court where they can live out their lifetime job in peace. I will only appoint two diametrically opposed assholes to the new supreme court. They will not have any legal training. They will be two, biased, opinionated old ass farts that don’t give a damn what happens going forward, because they don’t expect to be around that much longer. Their term on the court will be two years, and then I will appoint two other old farts.
My new supreme court will probably never agree on anything and they will likely end up kicking every case back down to the lower courts. If they do agree – that will probably be the right decision.
Don’t doubt me.
