Is Dave Chappelle Nuts?
Chappelle has transcended the entertainment genre known as comedian. He may have caught
our attention, performing joke after joke, but he is now a storyteller. He commands our attention and forces us to follow a narrative. Once he has us thinking, he let’s us off the hook with a punchline. Now you don’t know if he was serious or just pulling 
your leg. Note that I sarcastically said that YOU don’t know what to think. I get it. It was only funny because you don’t want to face the fact that he tossed in your face. I have never heard Mark Twain, but I’ve heard that was his M/O. I have 
heard Dick Gregory and George Carlin. They ultimately transcended comedy, and became ambassadors of thought provoking social commentary. If you haven yet recognized that Dave Chappelle is taking you down the same journey – you will.

- Stacking the court is a ridiculous idea. It says that we recognize that the court is biased, and accept it. Stacking will only add to the number of biased judges and Every time a new president shows up, he/she will stack one or two more so that his side is winning.
If I am President, my plan is simple. I will transition all nine justices down to the appellate court where they can live out their lifetime job in peace. I will only appoint two diametrically opposed assholes to the new supreme court. They will not have any legal training. They will be two, biased, opinionated old ass farts that don’t give a damn what happens going forward, because they don’t expect to be around that much longer. Their term on the court will be two years, and then I will appoint two other old farts.
My new supreme court will probably never agree on anything and they will likely end up kicking every case back down to the lower courts. If they do agree – that will probably be the right decision.
Don’t doubt me.
HISTORICAL REFERENCE IS EVERYTHING.
I read an impassioned treatise by a trump supporter. She listed every elected or appointed official in the city of Chicago – from Lori Lightfoot on down, and indicated their race as being black. It was a damning indictment of black leadership, until I took a look back at some of the former leadership of the city – over the years. The present law and order Resident often presents a body count of black on black crime in Chicago, but doesn’t expect me to drop the name Al Capone or William Hale Thompson.
Thompson’s openly corrupt alliance with Capone and his white on citizens murders, left such a nasty taste in the city’s mouth that to date he (Thompson) was the last Republican mayor in the history of Chicago.

Did Democrats Overplay Their Hand?
Did democrats simply overplay their hand.
Much angst and pearl clutching is underway because the GOP is not willing to risk the timing of any political advantage.
When Obama won his second term in 2008, lady Ginsburg was at the tender age of 75. She was already having health issues and I said back then that we were treating her like a Pope, and should not expect her to serve until we saw the smoke rising from a bell tower. I was only thinking as a human being – and not a political analyst. Meanwhile there were political hacks, studying the calculus that suggested that Justice Ginsburg retire, to insure that the high Court could benefit from a a healthy, youthful justice for the next generation. I don’t know if it was her stubborn streak or the parties’ naivety that stayed that position.
In 2015, the subject was again broached, but to no avail, partly because the DNC was deep in super delegate shenanigans, meant to deny Bernie Sanders their nomination, so that the “First Woman” president could be coronated. Once the GOP stumbled upon the most flawed and ridiculous nominee in their storied history, the DNC relaxed and took their eyes off the SCOTUS ball. The gamble was allowed and the risk was taken to allow Justice Ginsberg to hold her seat, so that Miss Clinton could also be the “first woman” to name a justice on the Supreme Court.
The Democratic party too often engages in wishful thinking, designed to finger paint glorious fairy tales for future history books. Their opponents remain grounded in the dogma of ancient history and never misses an opportunity to try again to have it trickle down.
They hate the ACA for no other reason than that Rush Limbaugh told them so, when it was called HillaryCare, and they blindly want to see it wiped from their memory. ObamaCare as it is now called also reminds them that the first black president existed. The high Court is also important to them because a balanced court denied Reagan the chance to defeat Roe v Wade. The third rail of their discontent – GUNS will be secure if they diligently follow their dogmatic blueprint for success.
Now the Democratic party is crying foul – as they now face the loss of three seats on the bench, due to their own failure to be as forward looking as their nick name progressive claims to be. Their conservative opponents have a much easier task – refusing to progress at all cost.
An Officer Involved Murder Occured
So many of these incidents are cloaked in racism because it’s easier for a cop to do his dirt and write a report that is basically a template from the last incident. Every report uses the catch phrases “feared for my life – super human strength – drugged out – lunged – went for his waist band – went for my gun – grabbed my genitals – blah blah blah”. If one cop shoots, they all shoot and tend to empty their weapon. Overkill – right or is it that dead men tell no tales.
When I was a diver for orange county transit, I witnessed Newport Beach PD beating the snot out of young white boys down on the peninsula.
Why?
Because they “HAD” to be beating somebody, and there simply were not enough black and brown people down in the OC to soothe that savage blue beast that drew them into policing in the first place.
Defunding the police is a silly catch phrase, that means something different to each pole of the political spectrum, but we must shake up – not the culture and philosophy of police departments, but the psychosis and psychology of some of the officers, and the unions that hide them, rather than lose those valuable union dues.

Third-degree murder is defined as killing someone unintentionally and not done as part of the commitment of another felony. Another term for murder is “homicide.” Third-degree murders are those committed with ill will, or, in other words, with malice

Why Rush Limbaugh is a lying hypocrite
During his talk show on October 5, 1995, Limbaugh stated: “There’s nothing good about drug use. We know it. It destroys individuals. It destroys families. Drug use destroys societies. Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. And the laws are good because we know what happens to people in societies and neighborhoods which become consumed by them. And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up.” Limbaugh argued that drug abuse was a choice, not a disease, and that it should be combatted with strict legal consequences.
In October 2003, news outlets reported that Limbaugh was under investigation for illegally obtaining prescription drugs. Limbaugh illegally purchased hundreds of prescription pills per month over a period of several years. He engaged in the practice of “doctor shopping” by visiting different doctors to obtain multiple prescriptions for drugs that would otherwise be illegal. When this was disclosed, Limbaugh checked into a treatment facility. He said, “Over the past several years I have tried to break my dependence on pain pills and, in fact, twice checked myself into medical facilities in an attempt to do so…. I have recently agreed with my physician about the next steps.”
Though doctor shopping was punishable by up to five years in prison under Florida law, charges against Limbaugh were dropped after he sought help and agreed to the prosecutors’ settlement. Limbaugh has said that he became addicted to painkillers as a result of serious back pain.
So let’s summarize. He was not only a Doctor shopping junk addict using opiod pain killers, but he was procuring the drugs for others. Yet instead of going to prison like an honorable man of his word, he copped a plea and his buddies never mentioned it again.
Is Oprah An Honorary Becky
Why does Oprah insist on retelling the same story being drummed on the evening news every night. Her documentaries about Michael Jackson and now the Black METOO suspects, gives Becky and the Privileged Americans even more cover to view black men as predatory, thuggish animals. Even successful black men, like Cosby, and Simmons become fodder for Oprah’s slanted story telling. She could include them in a story that hurts “all men” if she wants to be seen as a women’s warrior, but when she beats the already dead horse, she actually takes a “Fiddler’s” position of an honorary Becky, living in the big house.
Oprah knows that the Black man has been, and is being tarnished enough. Her stories only give cover to those that shoot us down under the cover of authority. There is no rational distinction between white collar, #metoo thugs and armed robbery, bitch slapping thugs in the mind of some Americans. To them there are only two kinds of black men – good niggahs and bad niggahs.
There are plenty of stories that Oprah could be telling that would help her female base. She could go after Big Pharma for the problems with silicon breast implants. She could be doing stories about the cancer causing chemicals found in hair dye.
We’re not asking Oprah to lie for us. We’re not asking her to cut us some slack. We’re asking her to STFU and keep our names out of her mouth. Her girlfriend, Gayle has to cover the mean old dangerous black thug on the morning news every day. Let her handle it. At least she covers current events. Oprah keeps digging up old stuff that has already been litigated, charged or dismissed. Why go after Michael Jackson when he’s not even able to defend himself anymore.
Nobody needs to see a slanted hour long documentary, with sound, music and pictures, complete with one sided facts and narrative to remind us our position in American society.
